In September 2009, 3M announced the moving of the Accuspray equipment distribution and manufacturing to Panama in Central America.
Distribution interruption was planned for one month and October 1, 2009 was the initial scheduled date for completion.
Since then, we continue to experience long backorders on most items and we do not know when normal lead time will be restored.
At this time we continue to work with our customers on backorder issues and we advice customers placing orders to prepare for extended lead time. Please be advised that any orders unfilled can be cancelled with full refund and we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing our customers. We are doing our best working with 3M and voicing our customers' concerns to upper management regarding this very serious issue.
