Fully automatic random size case sealer for consistent flow and sealing without an operator. Automatically adjusts for various case sizes and folds the top minor and major flaps. Includes 3M AccuGlide II Taping Heads for low-impact tape application. Uses 36 mm to 48 mm tape widths.
Handles case sizes: 10 inch - 24 inch long; 8 inch - 19.5 inch wide; 6 inch - 20 inch high. Up to 8 cases per minute. Powered gating section holds and meters case flow. Optically controlled in-feed separates cases from flooded line. Pneumatic controls and programmable logic controller adjust side belt feed, upper flap folding, and taping head for accurate operation. Operator is free to work elsewhere while unit folds upper flaps and seals cases. Controls can be located left (standard) or right. Emergency OFF buttons provided on both sides of unit. Friction brake drums prevent tape overrun and provide more consistent tape application. 90-day warranty on belts and taping head knife blades, springs, and rollers; 3 years on all other taping head parts; 2 years on all other parts.
