Fully automatic case sealer for consistent flow and case sealing without an operator. Automatically adjusts for random case sizes, folds the top minor and major flaps, and seals at speeds up to 8 cases per minute. Includes 3M AccuGlide II Taping Heads for low-impact application of tapes up to 72 mm wide.
Powered gating section holds and meters case flow. Optically controlled in-feed separates cases from a flooded line. Case sizes can be random within the following ranges: length 10 inch - 24 inch; width 8 inch - 19.5 inch; height 6 inch - 20 inch. Pneumatic controls and a programmable logic controller adjust side belt feed, upper flap folding, and taping head for accurate operation. Controls can be located left (standard) or right. Emergency OFF buttons provided on both sides of unit. Friction brake drums prevent tape overrun and provide more consistent tape application. 90-day warranty on belts and taping head knife blades, springs, and rollers; 3 years on all other taping head parts; 2 years on all other parts.
