It has excellent thermal shock, good heat resistance, good electrical properties, and it is non-corrosive to copper. Designed for use through either 3M Polygun EC or Polygun TC with Quadrack converter and palm trigger.
Excellent for rigidization of printed wiring board components and many other electronic applications requiring high performing adhesion. (EC Setting - #4).
