3M Premier Distributors not only promised to deliver better results but also are committed to higher learning. Each Premier Distributor is required to have a 3M trained specialist in a particular field to service their clients better. APD, Inc. goes a couple of steps beyond. Nearly all non-warehouse employees at APD, Inc. are trained formally by 3M in St. Paul or other parts of the country. We have 3M Certified Specialists in abrasives, adhesives and 3M Matic case sealing equipment. We are also about to complete employee training in 3M Occupational Health and 3M Accuspray paint equipment products. All of these expertise along with working closely with our field reps and St. Paul directly means higher support for our customers. In fact, we work with the national network of 3M field reps to deliver superior results anywhere in the nation on daily basis.
