We have over 40,000 SKUs on our site. Sometimes finding the product you want is a bit of a challenge. We recommend the following methods to improve your search results.
1. We follow 3M's "Formal Marketplace Name" for every item we list on the site. With that, there's certain ways you should use to search for sizes and keywords. When searching with keywords, type in as many unique identifying keywords as you can and avoid common words such as "tapes". Searching for "Scotch" or "Scotch-Brite" will return a very high number of results.
2. It is always easier to search with UPC code or 3M Stock number.
3. When searching sizes information. Click on a few items to see how we list certain sizes. For example. 2 inches is always listed as "2 in" instead of 2". Watch where there should be spaces.
4. The search function will search the item name and the primary description. We try to incoporate a powerful search engine to capture as many result as possible for our customer but sometimes that can be overwhelming.
