Making Tough Grinding Easier
Small and very durable, our 3M™ Green Corps™ Abrasive Disc has
multiple features built in to make grinding jobs easier and faster for
collision repair professionals. Self-fracturing aluminum oxide abrasive
stays sharper longer and is available in very coarse grits to handle the
toughest jobs. Discs are green in color with durable cloth backing.
Sharp, Bonded Abrasive for Heavy Stock Removal
The aluminum oxide mineral abrasive on our 3M™ Green Corps™
Abrasive Disc provides a sharp cut – more aggressive than a comparable
closed coat abrasive of the same grade, and vital in a grinding disc.
Abrasive grains are bonded to heavy reinforced cloth backing with a
durable, heat-resistant resin. A range of coarse grits make these
discs ideal for rust and paint removal, spot weld cutting, gasket
removal and metal shaping.
Green Corps™ for Collision Repair Jobs
3M formulated Green Corps™ bonded abrasives with a tough, durable
combination of abrasive grain, resin bond and reinforced fabric – ideal
for heavy stock removal, cutting, rough grinding, weld preparation and
weld removal. These heavy-duty grinding discs in small, versatile sizes
are built for the hard-to-reach spots and quickly changing applications
commonly found in collision repair.
