How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. Please contact us at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected] if you need to set up a business trade account and/or a wholesale account.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Please contact us at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected] if you still can't access your account with above method and you encountered the following situations.
1. You have an ongoing order of which you need assistant.
2. You need to access your past history.

If you have used an email in error or an email that you have no control of currently please set up a new account.  By policy we cannot access the customer accounts and reset passwords or edit email information for security reasons.  To protect our customers we just cannot be fully confident that we can verify the ownership of accounts by any method. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
