Why is my order on hold for fraud investigation?
  In order to combat online frauds, APD, Inc/APDmro.com has an active risk assessment process to safeguard the public in general.

Our Risk Assessment Department actively monitor and pick up uncommon credit card activities and uses to make sure we notify compromised card holder early to prevent further damage.This process is aided by a sophisticated Fraud Detection Suite software we use to measure various risk dimensions such as ship-to addresses, phone numbers, e-mails, etc.

It just means that we need additional verifying information because we may not be familiar with the location that your order is going to or unable to verify your identity based on our own research.

We ask for your cooperation in providing the following and email them to support@apdmro.com
1. Colored, clearly visible photo of the front and back of the credit card you used in this transaction with the issuing bank's phone number clearly shown.
2. Colored, clearly visible photo of a government-issued identification card with name matching the name on the credit card you use.
3. Please clearly state in the subject the ORDER NUMBER it concerns.


THE EASIEST WAY TO PREVENT FUTURE HOLD OF YOUR ORDERS
If you would like to prevent future holds and delays of your order. Please update your billing and shipping address to be the same address with your credit card company. However, this does not include international locations as credit card company rules are different for international locations outside of United States.
