Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
Our online system is currently not linked with our other vaiours operating systems.  You are welcome to contact us for a more detailed tracking assistance at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected].  We can "baby-sit" your order if you require extra attention.
Change quantities or cancel an item.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
 
If there is any changes to your order and you are unable to edit please contact us asap at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected].  We will give it immediate attention to help you revise or cancel your order promptly.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Our system currently does not update order process in real time.  We update order status every morning to reflect current conditions.  Please feel free to give us a call at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected] for detailed tracking.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Contact us at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected] any time your order runs into a problem.  Sometimes it is unavoidable that shipment may get lost, damaged, or experience substantial delay.  We try to be proactive and stay on top of all orders the best we can but due to the volume of orders we have to process sometimes we can't catch these exceptions if the information given to us is different than what's actually occuring.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

We rarely combine shipments in mixed cartons.  Sometimes we combine multiple cases that have the same dimension to reduce customer freight cost.  In any event if you have missing items or cartons please contact us asap at (888) 627-3462 or via email at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue immediately.
My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
We make available many made to order 3M items online that other distributors would not.  We urge our customers to plan ahead for their requirements for items that require an extended lead time.  What is considered a stock item on our site are typically in stock but due to daily, weekly inventory fluctuations, it may be temporarily out of stock at a given time.  However, stock items typically have replenish schedule already in place so typically stock out time is relatively short. Although 3M has a standard 2-4 week lead time on made to order items we can often shorten that lead time for our customers by "expediting" the order and "baby-sitting" it to ensure proper attention is given.
