3M™ Hot Melt Applicator LT
Dispenses low temperature hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 265ºF / 129ºC. Applicator LT is designed for use with low melt 5/8" x 2" TC sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 2.6 pounds of adhesive per hour. The applicator comes with a 0.093" tip to meet a wide variety of application needs.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator LT with Quadrack Converter and Palm Trigger
Dispenses low temperature hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 265ºF / 129ºC. Applicator LT Quadrack is designed for use with low melt 5/8" x 8" Quadrack (Q) sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 2.6 pounds of adhesive per hour. Applicator includes palm trigger that helps reduce repetitive motion fatigue.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II LT with Magazine Feed
A low temperature, high volume applicator that operates at a fixed temperature of 265°F / 129°C. Applicator PG II LT is designed for use with low melt 1" x 3" PG sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 6 pounds of adhesive per hour. Applicator includes magazine feed, stand and 9921, 9946 brass tips.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator TC
Dispenses hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 385ºF / 196ºC. This lightweight (only 10 oz.) Applicator TC is designed for use with 5/8" x 2" TC sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 3.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. The on-demand feed control helps minimize hot melt waste and dripping.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator TC with Quadrack Converter and Palm Trigger
A lightweight, easy to control applicator that operates at a fixed temperature of 385ºF / 196ºC. Applicator TC with Quadrack is designed for use with 5/8" x 8" Q sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 3.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. The Quadrack application attachment system utilizes hot melt glue sticks up to 8" long that helps reduce reloading time and, when combined with the palm trigger system, eliminates the need to forcibly press on the hot melt adhesive stick with your thumb.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II Speedloader Cartridge Feed
A pneumatic high volume dispenser that operates at a fixed temperature of 385ºF / 196ºC. Applicator is designed for use with 1" x 3" PG sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 7.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. As the Speedloader chamber runs low, it emits a whistling sound. The piston can be retracted and adhesive glue sticks loaded into the chamber to keep production flowing. Applicator includes stand and 9921 and 9946 brass tips.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator AE II
Dispenses hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 270ºF / 132ºC. Applicator AE II is designed for use with ½"x 10" and ½" x 12" AE sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 4 pounds of adhesive per hour. Applicator features a built-in stand to help keep the applicator upright, stable and in a ready to grip position. An anti-tip guard swings down from the front to prevent it from tipping.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator EC
Dispenses both low and hot melt adhesives with melting points ranging from 260ºF / 127ºC to 450ºF / 232ºC. Applicator EC is designed for use with 5/8" x 8" Quadrack (Q) sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 5.5 pounds of adhesive per hour.

• Variable temperature control allows one applicator to do many jobs

Understanding Hot Melts
Hot melts extrude as 100% solid liquefied thermoplastic resins to fill gaps and wet surfaces before setting. They often exceed 100 psi shear strength, bond many substrates and are available in a variety of strengths, temperatures and open time/bonding ranges.
