You are reading this disclaimer because you may consider using US Postal Service as your carrier of choice to transport the product you purchased from us. APD, Inc./ would like to make you aware of our policy regarding transportation of goods via US Postal Service. Your acceptance to use US Postal Service serves as an acknowledgement to this disclaimer.
1. Due to the absence of meaningful tracking function, US Postal Service shipments generally cannot be tracked well.

2. APD, Inc./APDmro.comís preferred carrier is DHL and UPS.

3. APD, Inc./ has experienced US Postal shipment loss in the past.

4. APD, Inc./ releases itself from responsibility when US Postal Service shipments leave our facility.

5. APD, Inc./ cannot insure the shipment on behalf of our customers.

Please be assured that APD, Inc./ always tries to provide the best service level to our customers. While we guarantee shipment arrival via DHL and UPS we cannot guarantee shipment arrive with the Postal Service. Our customers are encouraged to evaluate their options with all the available information and experience. APD, Inc/ does not aim to make a profit on shipment cost, therefore, customers are welcome to use their own DHL, UPS or Fedex accounts if desired.

When will my order ship?
Please plan ahead for your orders.
Depending on product type, stock location, and daily volume fluctuations it may take up to 72 hours to ship out your order.  If you require expedited services please contact customer service in advance at (888) 627-3462 or via email at  We can generally ship out faster at our corporate location so if you have an ongoing requirement please talk to us about a custom stock program tailored for your specific needs.
We highly recommend customers who want to use any Next Day or Second Day service to contact us prior to order placement.  Due to some recent changes there may be instances where shipment will not go out according to customer expectation.  Please communicate your needs to us so we may service you better.
Do you ship to my country?
  Not all international orders can be placed. Certain products have restrictions and you will be notified of such conditions. is a global distributor of industrial products, due to unique local import regulations, custom duties and taxes, is only responsible for shipping your order per your instruction to the designated location and we do not quote freight rates that includes local custom duties and taxes.  All shipments are sent with freight charge only. Please examine your local import regulations, duties, and procedures before placing orders as will not be responsible for custom clearance and any additional charges resulting from your international order.
What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
You are welcome to contact us if your shipping location in Hawaii, Alaska, or any other non-continental US territories and wish to have us look at USPS shipping option to reduce freight cost.  
We quote international freight charge upon request. You can also select "Send Freight Charge Separately" at checkout and we will send back a link for you to purchase the cheapest freight rate.
How do I get free shipping?
  Any order that totals $350 or more before taxes qualifies for free shipping via UPS Ground or local delivery only (On most items in our stores). Free UPS Ground is offered within the continental United States. Local delivery is offered in the LA/OC/IE area of Southern California. Not all items are eligible for free delivery.
